I have helped my clients with their real estate needs for over forty years. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a BS Degree in Business and realize that real estate, and helping people with the most important purchase of their life was what I wanted to do. Real Estate is my passion. It is a blessing to live and work in an area that most people can only vacation. I would love to share the dream of Lake of the Ozarks with you.
Past President of the Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising;
and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
