When it’s time to sell at Lake of the Ozark, you must know that every element of negotiating the best terms and the highest price has been set before your Lake home or Lake condo is even listed.  Is your price on target?  The majority of showings occur during the first week of the property being on the market.  Generally, the number of showing gradually decline each week the property is for sale.  If there hasn't been a contract after several showing, pricing is likely the first reason to consider to be competitive in the market.  After every showing I send Feedback forms to the showing agents to evaluate the property and then email them to you.  It is critical that we both have information to determine how to best market your property.
