Real Estate is what I love and what I do! I have been working with clients since I graduated from college from Western Michigan University in 1980. An honor student I was excited to head out into the world and get my first job. The interview went great and I was offered $8,000 a year to start. Yes these were different times but, I knew I needed to find something better.
My dad has always told me that commission sales was the only way I would be paid what I was worth so, off to Real Estate school I went. Interest rates were just coming down to 18%. I was so young I didn't even know that Real Estate was not a good career choice at the time. I jumped in with both feet learning how to do government loans in a market where no one wanted to bother. In 3 years I opened my own office as the youngest Broker in the Board of Realtors. In the first year I established 7% of the market share with 52 offices in the market.
Real Estate has been good to me. Not only did it provide me with a good living but, I established wonderful lifetime relationships with my customers and clients, over the years. I have been truly blessed! 28 years of proven customer service, experience, commitment, work ethic, enthusiasm, integrity and results. The best compliment you can give me is a referral of a friend or relative that is wanting to own at the lake.

I now live in Osage Beach and love the lake and the friendly people here! I started coming here as vacationer and realized that I hated driving home every weekend and so I decided to stay. I feel very fortunate to be able to call the Lake “Home”. I look forward to showing you the LAKE.
There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I am a professional . . .and because I care.
The CODE OF ETHICS establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come form the collective experiences of REALTORS since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients
Cooperation with competitors
Truthfulness in statements and Advertising
Non interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS have with their clients
